Hedera helix Green Mixed (Ivy promotion 6 – pack) £12.99
Position: full sun or partial shade Soil: tolerates most Rate of growth: average to fast growing Hardiness: fully hardy The lovely foliage that this collection provides looks great spilling over the edges of pots, windowboxes and hanging baskets. It makes the perfect accompaniament to seasonal bedding plants, but as it is fully hardy and retains its showy foliage throughout the year, it will not need to be replaced for several years. It can also be used as tough ground cover at the front of the border – the plain green foliage is more shade tolerant than the variegated forms. Garden care: Water specimens grown as houseplants regularly during the growing season, providing a balanced liquid fertiliser each month. Keep moist during the winter months. Plants may be pruned at any time of the year to keep within bounds.
