If you dry the flowers and fill one of the 4 textile bags included in this kit, you can leave it in your cupboard or drawer and it will keep the moths away. If however you leave it beside your pillow at night it will help you relax and have a good nights sleep. As well as the 4 bags, this set aslo includes 1 trivet, which when filled with the dried flowers will fill your home with delicious smells evey time you sit a hot pan on top of it. To complete the set, there is a packet of lavender seeds with a metal garden marker and lots of instructions about how to plant and grow them.
