Spinach : Palco F1 – Organic 1 packet was £0.69 now £0.34
Increasingly popular addition to mixed salads as both ‘baby leaves’ and as a mature plant. Spinach Palco produces quality, dark green leaves, throughout the season from March-September sown outdoors, with later sowings under glass. Spinach Palco has resistance to Downy Mildew A. B, C and D. T&M are pleased to offer a range of seed varieties, all totally organic with the Soil Association accreditation. T&M have specially selected F1 hybrids or varieties bred to give increased hybrid vigour, garden performance and flavour, thus increasing your harvest. Due to its wide ranging pest and disease resistance, there will be no need for the use of chemicals, making it ideal for organic gardeners.

A self-blanching variety with beautiful apple-green, smooth stems with good flavour and texture for that all important celery crunch. Celery Tango has good bolting resistance and stands well during hot weather for reliable crops.
Herb : Coriander – Organic 1 packet was £0.69 now £0.34
A dual purpose annual herb, Coriander is grown for its seeds or fresh young leaves. Coriander seeds are delicious in cakes and when crushed, add an orangey flavour to meat dishes. The young leaves are often called ‘Cilantro’; finely chop and add to chicken soup to give it a Latin touch or soak the crushed seeds in hot water and add the liquid only to cubes of pork simmering in tomatoes for a real Mexican flavour. Height 90cm (3ft).

Sweet Pepper Sweet Chocolate is a delicious sweet pepper with a ‘come and eat me’ appeal once the fruits have ripened from green to a rich chocolate colour on the outside and brick red on the inside with thick, sweet flesh. A spectacular golden yellow skinned radish, Radish Zlata has crisp white flesh and round to plum shaped roots. Excellent flavour, Radish Zlata is ideal for adding a colour contrast to mixed salads or sandwiches.

Tomato Relative – Cordon. Tomatillo Large Green produces masses of purple blotched yellow flowers followed by golf ball sized, sticky fruits encased in a papery husk. Tomatillo Large Green is very versatile as can be used unripe in salsa, or when sweeter and fully ripe , cooked for pies and jams or simply eaten raw. Grow as you would tomatoes intermediate branching habit. Fruits over a long season, stores well in warm place.

Developed over several years by a T&M customer who carefully selected unique, gold tinged leaves and masses of red flowers. Runner Bean Sun Bright adds an outstanding colour contrast to your flower or vegetable borders. Slightly less vigorous than its green leaf cousins, but if sown at the same time Sun Bright matures later and will extend the picking season.

Not just a novelty cucumber. The non bitter, tender skin of Cucumber Long White is very thin and means peeling is not necessary. The firm flesh Is sweet and juicy, with a pleasant tang. Cucumber Long White is a good cropper which will add colour to your salads. Harvest July to September.
