You have to pick them every day when they’re fruiting! It’s hard work BUT so pleasurable! I’ve picked several pounds of fruit already, have eaten quite a lot and am putting some in the freezer until I’ve got enough to do a batch of jam! You do need pectin for making strawberry jam set well though!
