Once the order has been processed, the delivery company will collect the goods from our site. When they have reached your local depot, you will be contacted to book a convenient date for delivery. Access MUST be suitable to accommodate a rigid 16 tonne vehicle with tail-lift. You must ensure that the delivery vehicle can easily access the point of delivery and that this will be on a solid, even surface.  The manual pallet trucks used cannot operate on uneven surfaces such as gravel or grass, inclines or declines. The driver will endeavor to put the pallet as near as possible to where you need it. However we only guarentee curbside delivery. We do not deliver with hiab or crane offloading.
