The Hayter Harrier 48 Autodrive E/S is driven by a powerful 190cc Briggs & Stratton 650-Series engine with a stress-busting electric starter. The ground-speed on the Harrier 48 Autodrive can be varied in infinite increments between 1.5 and 3mph. Impressively durable, the Hayter Harrier 48 Autodrive E/S Lawnmower is built around a rust-resistant aluminium chassis and runs on long-lasting ball-bearing wheels (bearing mounted wheels won’t stiffen up with age, as can happen with bush-mounted wheels). It’s equipped with a cutter-bar friction-disc, which brings with it a lifetime guarantee against crankshaft bending; and it features hardwearing poly deck-liner, which improves the quality of cut, while also reducing blade-noise.
