Onion sets

Plant them 4″ apart. You get a good crop yield – although you don’t get huge onions you’ll get more in the space available. Unless you really like using huge onions.
Think about the size of onions you pick for your cooking when you buy them. Do you buy the biggest ones or nice sensible size ones?
