Colleen seed potatoes are very high yielding. They have a great uniform tuber shape making them ideal boiled potatoes. Good disease resistance. Planting can take place as soon as the risk of frost has passed in your area, during spring, March-May. Plant 10-13cm (4-5inches) deep in shallow ridges. Seed should be 20-23cm (8-9inches) apart in the row, with 60cm (24inches) between each row. Earth the plants up when they are 20cm (8inches) tall. This encourages a higher yield of potatoes.
