Lobelia Tupa is an unusual Lobelia which is very tropical in appearance. Thick red stems carrying tropical looking orchid-like scarlet red flowers arise from a large rosette of thick leathery felted leaves. Best grown in a sheltered sunny position. Needs winter protection.Type: Hardy Perennial Flowering: Autumn Sowing:Sow seeds in trays pots etc of good seed compost in a propagator or warm place to maintain an optimum temperature of 20-25C (70-75F).
