A trailing evergreen perennial with striking, variegated golden foliage and violet-blue periwinkle flowers. Flowering over a long period from late spring through to late summer, Vinca minor ‘Illumination’ is a fantastic low-maintenance addition to the garden and provides all-year-round interest. Grow Lesser Periwinkle as ground cover, on sunny steep banks or beneath trees and shrubs where it tolerates even heavy shade and brightens the darkest corner.
