We all know and love the pure white and fragrance of Longiflorum Lilies (Trumpet Lilies), indeed it’s almost a staple wedding flower. Now we can offer you the same breath-taking look and scent for your garden with incredible ease and reliability.
Each bulb will produce stems to 1M tall in the first year, reaching 1.5M over 3 or so years, with more and more of those iconic flowers per stem. It is totally hardy and very easy to look after.
Best planted where you can enjoy the fragrance in pots or borders. For pots, plant several in one big (30-40cm diamater) pot for knockout looks and fragrance, and space equally in the pot, planting with the top of the bulb about 15cm below the surface.

This interesting and unusual family of easy-to-grow bulbs produce spectacular Summer displays of sparkler-like white flowers, called Ismene or more commonly White Spider Lilies, or sometimes the Peruvian Daffodil.
Despite their tropical looks, they grow and flower well in the UK in warm, sunny spots – great in pots, or in a well-drained sunny border. They will reach a height of 45cm, and flower in late summer, lasting for several weeks. In full flower on a warm Summer’s day, they are highly fragrant, and really add a different look to your garden.
