A great selection of kales available.
To harvest: Pick leaves, wash and soak briefly in water with a little salt added. Rinse again and they’re ready to cook.
Cooking suggestions: lightly steam and throw on a little butter and black pepper.
Smaller leaves can be used raw in salad. Dehydrate leaves to create kale crisps which are utterly delicious.
