Echinacea pupuea is adored by bees and butterflies. There is one study which shows that E. purpurea has antidepressant properties in white rats as it increased the stimulating action of L-DOPA.It is also thought that Echinacea is commonly believed to stimulate the immune system

Verbena officinalis is reputed to help against nervousness and insomnia.

Arnica Chamissonis contains helenalin, which is a sesquiterpene lactone that is a major ingredient in anti-inflammatory preparations (used mostly for bruises).

Symphytum officinale – Comfrey has been used in folk medicine as a poultice for treating burns and wounds

Chamaemelum nobile is often called Chamomile. This plant is used cosmetically as a rinse for blonde hair, and is popular in aromatherapy, where it is thought to have a calming agent to end stress and aid in sleep. Chamomile tea is used to encourage sleep.

Prunella vulgaris also known as Heal-all is both edible and medicinal. It can be used in salads, soups, stews, or boiled as a pot herb. It has been used as an alternative medicine for hundreds of years.The whole plant is medicinal as alterative, antibacterial, antipyretic, antiseptic, antispasmodic, antiviral, astringent, carminative, diuretic, febrifuge, hypotensive, stomachic, styptic, tonic, vermifuge and vulnerary. It is taken internally as a medicinal tea in the treatment of fevers, diarrhoea, sore mouth and throat, internal bleeding, and weaknesses of the liver and heart..
